Organization lists no profile outside your own site
sameAs is how engines and assistants tie your site to the same business elsewhere (LinkedIn, Wikipedia or Wikidata, Crunchbase, social profiles). With none, or only your own pages, nothing outside confirms who you are, and a namesake can be mistaken for you.

What triggers it
The Organization (or Person) markup on your home page lists no sameAs address outside your own domain.
What to change
Add the real profiles your business already has to sameAs in the home page's Organization JSON-LD, and keep them current. Do not list profiles you do not control.
