Terms
1. What we sell
CitedBy checks what ChatGPT answers about your online shop and fixes what stops it naming you. The free check at /check costs nothing. The paid products are the Fix Pack (€390, paid once) and CitedBy Monthly (€149 a month, offered after your day-30 recount). What each includes is described on the home page.
2. What we promise, and what we don't
We promise the work and the measurement: changes live, or files delivered, within 7 days of the day you give us access or tell us you want the files, and a recount at day 30 counted the same way as your first audit. Nobody controls what an assistant answers, so we do not promise rankings, mentions or revenue. Answers from ChatGPT vary between runs; our counts are a sample, not a guarantee.
3. Prices and payment
Payments are taken by Stripe; we never see your card details. The price shown on the page when you buy is the price you pay. Prices are final prices: any VAT that applies is included and nothing is added at checkout. Businesses can ask for an invoice at hello@citedby.eu. Fix Pack is a single payment and does not renew. CitedBy Monthly renews each month until you cancel by replying to any report, and cancelling stops the next charge.
4. Access to your shop
If you give us access (a Shopify collaborator request or a CMS login), we use it only for the changes in your Fix Pack and you can remove it at any time. We do not change prices, products or checkout.
5. Refunds and withdrawal
See Refunds. The short version: if we miss the 7-day date you are refunded automatically, and you can cancel before work starts for a full refund.
6. Liability
We are liable for the work we deliver as described above. We are not liable for sales you do or do not make, or for what any third-party assistant says. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under EU or Spanish law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The terms in force on the day you buy apply to that purchase.
8. Who we are
CitedBy is an independent service based in Spain. Provider information required by Spanish law is in the legal notice. Questions: contact. Spanish law applies, without removing the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
