Late changes: full refund, automatic

If you give us access, the Fix Pack changes are live within 7 days. If you choose ready-to-paste files, you get them within 7 days. The 7 days start the day you give us access, or the day you tell us you want the files. If we miss the date we refund the €390 and you do not have to ask. If we miss the date you can also ask for the refund instead of waiting for the late delivery.

Cancel before work starts: full refund

You can cancel within 14 days of paying, as EU consumer law gives you. If you cancel before we have started the work, you get all of it back. If you ask us to start inside those 14 days and then cancel, we keep the part of the work already done, counted pro rata, and refund the rest. We only start inside the 14 days if you ask us to.

Full month

We take 5 Fix Packs a month. If the month is full, we email you your start date before any work begins, and you can have a full refund instead.

What the day-30 guarantee is

If your shop is named in no more answers at day 30 than before, we keep working for another 30 days at no charge. That is extra work, not a refund.

CitedBy Monthly

Cancel by replying to any report. The next charge stops and the month already paid runs to its end. For your first Monthly payment the 14-day right to cancel above also applies: if you cancel inside 14 days and ask us to start work, we keep the part already done, pro rata, and refund the rest.

How to ask

Write to hello@citedby.eu with the shop URL. We reply within 2 working days and refund to the original payment method through Stripe, within 14 days of your request.

Model withdrawal form

To withdraw from the contract, send us this text by email (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Annex I(B)). You do not have to use it.
